These return to fitness classes ideally follow on after your FitMama Post Birth Recovery Course. Using safe, low impact but fun methods, designed to get you exercising again
A safe postnatal HiiT (circuit style) class get you back on the road to regaining your fitness and strength. This course offers two classes per week so you can make the most of your journey.
- Safe fitness training for postnatal mums
- Functional exercise to help you cope with daily life
- Improve posture, pelvic alignment joint pain.
- Get fit and feel great
- Babies and Toddlers welcome when safely strapped in car seats/buggies.
Ideally you will have been through other FitMama repair courses before embarking on this course.
