It's never too soon or too late to start, so whether you're in your first, second or third trimester, we have everything you need to get fit for birth. Your body and your baby know exactly what to do, all you need to do is be calm, healthy, strong and make space, we will teach you how.
During 2020 lockdown, we took our classes online so that social distancing did not mean mums missed out. These classes have been so successful that we will continue to offer an online option after lockdown is lifted.
