POSTNATAL COURSE 2
(Complete Post Birth Recovery first)
Time to up the anti and get back to real fitness, once you have completed the Post Birth Recovery course. Learn to train with Kettlebells and Bulgarian Bags to get the most out of your body. You might end up fitter than before you were pregnant!
