Smart Core & Pelvic Floor Workshops
These Pelvic Health Workshops are 90 minute sessions aimed at women who are experiencing pelvic and core dysfunction, either due to injury, childbirth or because they are approaching, going through or have experienced the menopause. In this workshop you will learn why you are battling, how to repair it and learn how to practice the Hypopressive Method and self-myofacial release to restore your core and pelvic floor to a fully functioning state.
In this workshop you will:
Learn about your Core & Pelvic anatomy
Learn how to practice hypopressive toning
Learn how to activate your pelvic stabilisers
Receive a soft pilates ball to practice the methods at home
Receive a list of foods to avoid for optimal pelvic health
You can confidentially register for one of our workshops or arrange a private group session for you and your friends.
