When you book onto any course/membership, you agree to reserve your space exclusively for the duration of the course/month.  We will not give your space to any other participants.  On this basis, we do not offer refunds for course fees.  However, under exceptional circumstances, and at the Directors discretion, we may allow you to transfer to a different course if you have been unable to attend the course that you've paid for due to difficult health circumstances.

Private Session Cancellation Policy:

  • 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments.

  • Notice of less than 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.

Illness Policy:

  • You must not attend any sessions within 14 days of a positive Covid test, OR if you are displaying symptoms, until you have had a negative Covid test.

  • We do not advise training during illness, including colds or flu, as this is dangerous for your health, and passes illness on to other people and their children in the facility.

  • Please inform the trainer before your session if you are feeling unwell, as you will be turned away if you arrive at the session during an illness.

  • You will not be charged for PT if you cancel in advance of the session, but may be charged if you are to be turned away.

  • In the case of illness, 24 hrs notice IS NOT required.

Lateness Policy:

  • If the client is late for a session, the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.

  • If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

  • If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the trainer may leave the premises and the appointment may be forfeited.

  • You and your child must not attend any sessions within 14 days of a positive Covid test, OR if one or both of you are displaying symptoms, until you have had a negative Covid test.

  • If you are bringing your child with you to a session, please note that if they become upset and you are unable to settle them, we will ask you to attend to their needs as a priority, and this may mean that your session will end if your child is inconsolable.

  • Please ensure that you clean up any sick or baby accidents and take all nappies home to dispose of.

  • Children behaving in an unacceptable fashion, or creating distress for other participants should be removed.

  • Children are not to touch any equipment in the studio.  Children must not throw balls for the safety of participants.

  • Children are your responsibility at all times during your session, please ensure you keep them safe at all times.

  • If your children are unwell, please keep them at home, in order to prevent the spread of viruses and infection.

  • If your child has experienced diarrhoea or vomiting, please do not bring them to the studio until 48 hours has passed since their last episode.  We reserve the right to cancel any sessions with you if you bring your sick child to the studio.
